Ellenton sits where I-75 meets US 301, so you are used to getting around. Our office is farther than a neighborhood dentist: Pier Dental is in St. Pete Beach, about 20 miles away in a straight line, and the road is longer.
Dr. Brittany Pierpont is a general dentist at a family-owned practice. We see people who have not had a checkup in years, and we do not lecture. You get a clear picture and a plan you can follow.
White fillings for small cavities

Dr. Pierpont repairs decay with composite resin, matched to your tooth shade. It bonds to the tooth, so we can save more natural structure.
We numb the area, remove the decay and shape the filling layer by layer. If a larger repair is needed, we say so before you commit.

Exams, X-rays and a straight answer

A comprehensive exam covers teeth, gums, bite, jaw joints and an oral cancer screening. Digital X-rays show the areas between teeth and below the gum line.
We review them with you at the chair, so you hear what is healthy and what needs work.

Inlays and onlays for bigger repairs

When a cavity or break is too large for a filling but a crown would remove too much tooth, an inlay or onlay may fit. It rebuilds the chewing surface and keeps more of your tooth.
Dr. Pierpont will tell you which of the three options, filling, onlay or crown, makes most sense.
