Rattlesnake patients who call Pier Dental are making a longer trip than most, and we respect that. Dr. Brittany Pierpont sees teens and adults for exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns and root canals at 8351 Blind Pass Rd in St. Pete Beach.
If it has been years since a checkup, you are welcome here anyway. We look, we explain, and you decide what happens next.
A first visit that starts with questions

Dr. Pierpont reviews your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissue, then uses digital X-rays to show you what she sees.
Before you leave, you will have a plain-language plan and a sense of what is urgent and what can wait.

Cleanings at a pace that suits you

A cleaning removes the tartar that brushing misses and gives us a chance to spot gum changes early.
Most patients return twice a year. If your gums need more attention, we will say so and explain why.

White fillings for small cavities

A cavity caught early is usually a simple repair. We restore the tooth with tooth-colored material that blends in.
Putting it off tends to mean a bigger filling, or a crown, down the road.

About Rattlesnake
Rattlesnake is a neighborhood in South Tampa with an odd origin. In the 1930s, George K. End opened a rattlesnake-meat cannery at Gandy Boulevard and Bridge Street, and the settlement grew up around it before Tampa annexed the area in the 1950s.
Pier Dental is about 17 miles from Rattlesnake in a straight line, and the drive is longer than that figure suggests. Many patients like the personal attention enough to make the trip.
