Pier Dental has same-day emergency appointments, but we are a long way south of Saint George in the Trinity area. Call before you leave.
We will help you judge urgency, give first-aid steps and say plainly if seeing someone closer first is wise.
A severe toothache

Throbbing pain, heat or cold sensitivity that lingers, or swelling can signal infection. Do not ignore it.
A root canal often ends the pain.

A broken or cracked tooth

Rinse, save any pieces and avoid chewing on it. Cover a sharp edge with sugarless gum.
We repair it with bonding or a crown.

About Saint George
Our office is about 30.5 miles away in a straight line. That is long enough that a nearer emergency room may be right for severe swelling or trouble breathing.
Appointments are available Monday 9 to 3, Tuesday 9 to 5, Wednesday 9 to 4 and Thursday 9 to 5, with Friday by appointment too. Same-day emergency care is sometimes possible beyond them, so phone.
Call (727) 363-6169 and describe what happened. We will talk about costs, including CareCredit, after you feel better.
