Pier Dental is not in Dunedin Isles. Our office is at 8351 Blind Pass Rd in St. Pete Beach, around 19 miles south in a straight line, and the road is longer than that.
Neighbors from Dunedin do come to see Dr. Brittany Pierpont. They tell us they want a calm, judgment-free general dentist, and a practice that is family-owned instead of corporate.
Exams that explain, not scold

We take X-rays when they are needed, then walk you through them on screen. If it has been years since you sat in a dental chair, that is simply where we start.
You leave with a clear list: what needs attention now and what can wait.

Fillings in a natural shade

Tooth-colored fillings repair cavities and blend with the tooth around them. We remove decay and keep as much healthy tooth as we can.
If an older metal filling is cracking, we can look at replacing it.

A cleaning schedule you can keep

Twice-yearly cleanings suit many adults, but gum health decides the real rhythm. We will recommend what fits you.
A hygiene visit is also the best time to ask about whitening or a worn tooth.

About Dunedin Isles
Dunedin takes its name from Dun Eideann, the Scottish Gaelic name for Edinburgh. The city touches the Gulf of Mexico on one side and borders Clearwater on the south and east.
If cost is on your mind, we offer CareCredit and an in-house savings plan for $499 a year. Hours are Monday 9 to 3, Tuesday 9 to 5, Wednesday 9 to 4, Thursday 9 to 5, and Friday by appointment.
Call (727) 363-6169 to ask whether a first visit makes sense for you. We are happy to answer questions about the drive.
