Bonding for a chip or a gap
Bonding uses tooth-colored resin shaped right on the tooth, hardened with a light, then polished. It can mend a small chip, close a narrow gap or hide a stain, often in one visit.
Little enamel is removed, which makes bonding a gentle first choice. Bonded edges can pick up stains, so we will share easy habits that keep them bright.

Whitening you do at home
Our whitening is take-home. Choose custom trays with professional gel, an LED whitening kit or professional-strength strips. We check that your teeth and gums are healthy before you start.
Trays give the most even result. Strips are simpler if you dislike trays. Both are gradual, which tends to be easier on sensitive teeth.

Replacing old fillings
Dark or worn fillings stand out when you smile. A composite filling can replace them with a shade that blends into the surrounding enamel.
Where a tooth is too weak for that, Dr. Pierpont may suggest an onlay or a crown. She explains why before anything is scheduled.
