Most people choose a dentist close to home, so we want to be plain about this. Pier Dental is in St. Pete Beach, roughly 20 miles from Town ‘n’ Country in a straight line, and the drive is longer. If that works for you, here is what you will find.
Dr. Brittany Pierpont is a general dentist who runs a family-owned office. Come in with a toothache, a nagging worry or no complaint at all. We will not judge how long it has been.
Cleanings and a plan you can keep

A regular cleaning removes plaque and tartar and polishes away stains. It also gives us a chance to spot trouble early, when repairs are small. Most people book about every six months.
If gum disease is starting, Dr. Pierpont can treat it. We then show you what to do at home so the improvement holds.

Fillings made from tooth-colored resin

Composite fillings are matched to your natural shade and bond to the tooth. They work on front and back teeth, and they are free of metal.
We numb you, clear out the decay and build the filling up in layers. A polish at the end helps your bite feel natural.

Root canals, when a tooth needs saving

A root canal removes an infected or inflamed nerve so the tooth can stay in your mouth. Dr. Pierpont performs these in our office. Many people expect worse than it is, and she explains each step first.
Tooth pain, swelling and sensitivity to heat are common reasons to look into one. Call early, since infection rarely clears on its own.

About Town 'n' Country
Town ‘n’ Country began in 1958, when a developer bought a 525-acre dairy farm for one of Tampa’s first suburban subdivisions. Nearly 8,000 houses and townhouses followed over about twenty years.
Because it was built as a suburb, many residents commute. We can often arrange visits around a work schedule on Monday through Thursday, with Friday by appointment.
Call (727) 363-6169 to schedule a first visit with Dr. Pierpont. Ask about CareCredit and our $499 yearly savings plan, and tell us how far you are driving so we can plan the day.
