Veneers can reshape the front of your smile with porcelain or composite resin. Dr. Pierpont plans each one around your face, your bite and your idea of natural.
Many Gibsonton patients arrive unsure whether veneers are right. That is a fine place to start.
The step-by-step plan

We talk goals first, then prepare the teeth lightly, take impressions and send the work to the lab. At the bonding visit we check shade, edges and bite.

Whitening to set the shade

Brightening natural teeth beforehand gives a cleaner base color. Take-home trays, an LED kit or strips can do that.
Some people find whitening alone settles the question.

Crowns where a tooth is weak

A veneer will not rescue a heavily damaged tooth. A crown wraps the entire tooth and may be the sturdier call.
Dr. Pierpont will say which one she would choose.

About Gibsonton
The community also borders Hillsborough Bay on its west side.
Veneer work needs more than one appointment, and we are about 24 miles away in a straight line. The roads add distance, so we line up the visits to avoid extra trips. Savings plan members get 10 percent off veneers.
