Drive west across the Pinellas Bayway and you reach Pier Dental on the St. Pete Beach side. Dr. Brittany Pierpont offers general dentistry for Bayway-area patients, handling exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns and root canals herself.
If dental visits have fallen off your calendar, you are among friends. Our approach is honest and unhurried, with no scolding.
Your exam, step by step

Dr. Pierpont checks teeth, gums, bite and soft tissue, and digital X-rays appear right away on screen. She points out what she sees as she goes.
You leave knowing what is fine, what to watch and what to fix first.

Fillings and cleanings that keep up with you

A routine cleaning removes buildup you cannot brush away, and a tooth-colored filling takes care of a small cavity before it grows.
Together they keep minor trouble from turning into a bigger repair.

Saving a painful tooth

When infection reaches the nerve, a root canal ends the pain and keeps the tooth in place. Dr. Pierpont performs these in the office and describes each step.
A crown usually finishes the job.
